Ryan Hubley

After five years as a Senior Sales Consultant with Happy Home Roofing, I’m excited to take on a new chapter as a partner with Happy Home Fencing. This expansion allows us to serve local homeowners in even more ways, combining the quality craftsmanship our community has come to expect with new options for enhancing and protecting their homes.

I’ve spent more than 12 years in the construction industry, and throughout that time I’ve learned that success isn’t just about the final product — it’s about the relationships built along the way. My goal has always been to make the contractor experience better by using modern technology to simplify the process, while never losing sight of the personal connections that make this work meaningful.

Community has always been at the heart of what I do. My wife, Jess, and I are raising our son, Trace, here in Chambersburg, where we stay active by coaching youth football. We believe in giving back and investing in the same neighborhoods we’re proud to call home.

At the end of the day, my mission goes beyond fences and roofs — it’s about building trust, creating lasting relationships, and making sure every homeowner feels confident and cared for from start to finish.

Aaron Mitchell

Aaron is the co-founder and managing partner of Happy Home Roofing since 2019. Since then, Happy Home has grown and partnered with Wize Window and Door and most recently launched a fencing division of Happy Home. In addition to Happy Home, Aaron and his wife Jen are the proud parents of three daughters. Aaron is also a member of the faculty at Hagerstown Community College. In his spare time Aaron is an avid collector of baseball cards and memorabilia and a student of positive psychology.
